Keep safety information consistent across larger construction projects with this 50 Pack of Site Safety Signs.
Containing 50 copies of the same Site Safety Sign, this bulk pack is designed for contractors, site managers and businesses that need to display the same safety message at multiple locations. It is particularly useful for larger sites with several entrances, access points, work areas or perimeter locations, as well as contractors managing multiple projects.
Each sign measures 400 x 300 mm (approximately A3), providing a clear, highly visible safety message without taking up the space required by a large site safety board.
Why Buy a 50 Pack?
On a large or changing construction site, one safety sign is rarely enough.
Multiple copies allow you to repeat the same important safety information wherever people enter or approach relevant areas of the site.
A 50-pack is particularly useful for:
-
Large construction and development projects
-
Multiple site entrances and access points
-
Perimeter fencing and hoardings
-
Separate work zones
-
Contractors operating across several sites
-
Replacing damaged or missing signs
-
Keeping commonly used site signage in stock
-
Standardising the same safety message across different projects
Rather than repeatedly ordering individual replacement signs, you can keep additional copies available as the project develops.
50 Identical Site Safety Signs
This product contains:
Quantity: 50 identical signs
Sign size: 400 x 300 mm
Orientation: Portrait
Use: Construction sites and workplace safety
Fixing option: No holes or holes in four corners
Made in Britain: Yes
Please note that this is a bulk pack of 50 copies of the same sign design, rather than an assorted construction sign pack.
Ideal for Larger Construction Sites
Large projects can have several routes onto the site rather than one main entrance.
Workers may enter through pedestrian gates, contractors through separate access points and vehicles through dedicated site entrances.
Displaying the same relevant safety message at appropriate access points helps provide consistent information to people approaching different parts of the site.
Additional copies can also be used as the site layout changes during different phases of construction.
Useful for Multi-Site Contractors
This 50-pack isn't limited to one project.
Builders, contractors, facilities teams and construction companies operating several locations can divide the pack between sites, providing a consistent sign design across different projects.
Unused signs can be retained as replacement stock for future work.
This can make a bulk pack particularly useful for businesses that regularly need the same construction safety signage.
Keep Replacement Signs Ready
Construction environments can be demanding.
Safety signs can become damaged, dirty, obscured or removed as fencing, hoardings and site layouts change.
Keeping spare copies available makes it easier to replace a sign promptly rather than waiting until the next signage order.
Regularly inspect site signage and replace signs that are no longer clearly visible or legible.
Choose the Right Material
This 50-pack is available in several materials to suit different applications.
3mm Correx
A lightweight corrugated plastic option particularly suited to temporary construction signage. Correx is a practical choice for temporary sites where signs may need to be moved or replaced as work progresses.
3mm Foamex
A more rigid foamed PVC option offering a smooth finish and greater rigidity than Correx. Suitable where a more substantial sign is preferred.
1mm Plastic
A lightweight rigid plastic option suitable for general safety signage and indoor or outdoor applications.
3mm Recycled Plastic
A rigid recycled-plastic option for customers looking for an alternative material while retaining a strong, practical sign suitable for workplace use.
Optional Fixing Holes
Choose your signs with holes in all four corners where required for easier mechanical fixing.
The appropriate fixing method will depend on the mounting surface and site conditions.
Always make sure signs are securely installed and positioned where they can be clearly seen.
Where Should These Signs Be Positioned?
Position the signs where the information is relevant and people have sufficient opportunity to see and understand the message.
Depending on your site, this could include:
-
Site entrances
-
Pedestrian access points
-
Gates
-
Perimeter fencing
-
Hoardings
-
Work-area entrances
-
Contractor access points
-
Temporary site boundaries
Don't display additional copies simply because they're available. Safety signage should be relevant to the location and the actual site arrangements.
Site Safety Signage & UK Requirements
Safety signs form part of wider workplace risk management.
The Health and Safety (Safety Signs and Signals) Regulations 1996 require appropriate safety signs where a significant risk to health and safety remains after other relevant measures have been taken.
Safety signs should be clear, visible and appropriate to the risk or instruction being communicated.
Signage does not replace other measures such as site security, barriers, PPE, traffic management, training, supervision or safe systems of work.
A Practical Bulk Buy for Contractors
If you regularly use this particular site safety message, buying 50 identical signs provides a practical way to equip multiple locations and keep replacement signage available.
With 50 signs at 400 x 300 mm, a choice of materials and optional fixing holes, Pack C is particularly suited to larger projects, multi-site contractors and businesses requiring the same safety message repeatedly.

UK Health & Safety Regulations
The Health and Safety at Work Act (HSWA) 1974 is a foundational law in the UK for workplace health and safety. It outlines the general duties of various parties to ensure a safe work environment. Here's a quick summary: Duty of Employers: Employers must provide a safe workplace, ensure the health, safety and welfare of their employees and anyone else on the premises (visitors, contractors etc.). This includes providing adequate training, information, and supervision. Employee Duties: Employees have a duty to take care of their own health and safety and that of others around them. This includes following safety procedures and using equipment properly. Other Duties: The Act also places duties on those responsible for premises, manufacturers of equipment used at work, and the self-employed. Safety signage is one way employers can fulfill their duty to inform and instruct employees. Signs can warn of hazards, provide instructions for safe use of equipment, and delineate emergency exits. While HSWA outlines general principles, specific regulations and Approved Codes of Practice (ACOPs) provide more detailed guidance on workplace health and safety practices. For up-to-date information, you can refer to the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) website https://www.gov.uk/health-and-safety-executive.

Sign Materials Guide
Choosing the right material for your safety signs is crucial for ensuring their effectiveness and durability. We proudly manufacture all our signs in Britain. Let us guide you in selecting the most suitable material for your signs.
Self-adhesive stickers
Self-adhesive stickers are ideal for indoor usage. We use superior-quality Metamark digital vinyl, which is a durable and flexible material with an adhesive backing. Prior to applying the sticker, ensure that the surface is flat, smooth, and clean. While the vinyl is waterproof, we do not recommend outdoor usage unless the surface is deemed appropriate. It is important to note that vinyl stickers do not stick to wood, rendered, wood chip, brick or stone walls, concrete, or similar surfaces. In such cases, we suggest considering alternative materials such as recycled plastic or composite aluminium. Please be aware that Self-adhesive stickers, such as Dulux Easycare Matt Emulsion paint, will not adhere to newly formulated washable, "wipe clean" painted surfaces. If you have any uncertainties or inquiries, feel free to ask us. Additionally, we advise against attempting to independently apply Self-adhesive stickers larger than A4 size, as it may be more challenging than anticipated.
Recyclable Plastic
Introducing Polyline Bubble Board, the latest innovation in the sign industry, made from 100% recyclable polypropylene. Manufactured in the EU by Pyramid, this eco-friendly material offers an impressive strength-to-weight ratio, with a smooth, flute-free surface—unlike Correx.
The Bubble Board features a fire-retardant (FR) black core, making it an ideal choice for projects that require enhanced safety measures. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, it is UV-treated for excellent weather resistance, and its scratch-resistant surface outperforms traditional Foamex. Fully recyclable through the No.5 waste stream, Bubble Board is a sustainable and reliable option for UK safety signage.
Rigid Plastic
Rigid Plastic Signs are commonly used for safety signs due to their durability and lightweight design. Our Plastic 1mm option is lightweight and durable, providing waterproof qualities. It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Fixing holes can be drilled in the plastic at no additional cost.
We take pride in being the inaugural online sign manufacturer in the UK to present our complete product line of health and safety signs and general signage in 50% recycled plastic. Our new 3mm waterproof recycled plastic, which is bright white in colour, is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use and is more eco-friendly compared to traditional rigid plastic. It possesses the same surface qualities as rigid and foamed plastic but incorporates a lighter recycled foam PVC centre. Furthermore, this material is 100% recyclable and offers an exceptional printing surface for various signage applications. You have the option to drill fixing holes or use foam adhesive pads on the back for mounting the signs.
Aluminium Composite
Our Metal Signs, constructed from Aluminium Composite (Dibond Signs), are specifically crafted for outdoor usage. The aluminium composite consists of a non-aluminium core bonded between two thin sheets, resulting in a sturdy and weather-resistant sign. We utilize 3mm thick composite aluminium, sourced from ALUPANEL in Britain. This material is produced from at least 80% recycled materials and is completely recyclable. It can be easily drilled to install holes, and we provide pre-drilled holes upon request at no extra cost. Dibond signs are well-known for their durability and long lifespan, making them a fantastic option for outdoor signage.
Foamex
Foamed Plastic Signs, or Foamex, are a popular choice for temporary construction site safety boards. This material is durable yet lightweight, weatherproof, and specifically designed for outdoor signage. Our foamex is 3mm thick and has a white matte finish.
Correx
Fluted Polypropylene, also known as Correx, is designed for temporary signage, especially in the construction industry. It offers a cost-effective and lightweight solution for short-term signage needs.
Banners
Here are the details about our banner options:
Standard and Premium Banner Materials
We offer a standard 440gsm PVC Banner, which is lightweight, weather-resistant, flame-resistant, and has a gloss finish. It is suitable for indoor and short-term outdoor use.
- Our Premium 510gsm Extra-Strong PVC Banner is designed for higher tear resistance and durability. It is weather-resistant, suitable for indoor and long-term outdoor use, and meets UK and European fire safety standards. It has a satin finish.
Mesh Banner Material
- The 260gsm MESH Banner is perfect for windy areas, as its perforated design allows wind and some light to pass through, preventing ripping.
All our banners are printed with high-quality, eco-friendly UV inks. They are hemmed and eyelet for easy fixing, and cable ties are provided at no extra charge.

Frequently Asked Questions About Construction Site Signs
What are the required safety signs for a UK construction site?
Under Health and Safety Executive (HSE) guidelines and the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM 2015), building sites must prominently display a mix of mandatory signs (e.g., "PPE Must Be Worn"), prohibition signs ("No Unauthorised Access"), hazard warnings ("Danger Construction Site"), and clear fire exit route markers. Our multi-message site safety boards combine all these necessary warnings onto a single layout.
Which sign material is best for temporary scaffolding and building sites?
For temporary construction environments, Fluted Polypropylene (Correx) and Foamed Plastic (Foamex) are highly recommended. Correx is incredibly lightweight, waterproof, and easily attached to scaffolding grids or fencing using cable ties. For longer-term development projects or hoarding displays, we suggest upgrading to rigid plastic or durable aluminium composite (dibond) panels.
Do you offer bulk trade pricing for large construction projects?
Yes, we specialise in supplying trade accounts and major contractors across the UK. The Safety Sheep Store offers bulk trade discounts of up to 35% on multi-packs and volume orders. All our building site signs are proudly manufactured in our Yorkshire facility, allowing us to pass direct factory savings straight to your project budget.
