Your satisfaction is our top priority. Although we describe our items as accurately as possible, please note that designs, sizes and colours may vary slightly from the description.

If you are not entirely happy with our products, please email sales@safetysheep.co.uk. You have the right to cancel your online order from the moment you place it to 30 days from the day you receive the goods. This period, known as the 'cooling-off period,' is crucial for deciding if the product meets your expectations. Before returning the goods, you must notify us of your wish to cancel your order within this period, preferably by email.

Once you let us know about the cancellation, you have 30 days from the date of notification to return the goods. You'll need to return the items at your own cost in the same condition you received them. Returns will only be accepted within this returns period, and no refund will be due. We appreciate your understanding and co-operation in this process.

When returning the items, please use their original packaging and include a copy of your invoice. Send the returns to The Safety Sheep Group, 4-6 Bridge Street, Tadcaster, North Yorkshire, LS24 9AL. Full refunds will be issued within 2 working days from receipt of the returned items.

If, by any chance, you receive damaged or incorrect items, we want to assure you that we value your time and will promptly replace them with 1st-class delivery. Our aim is to ensure you get the right product as soon as possible, because your satisfaction is our priority.

If our products don't meet your expectations, please reach out to us at sales@safetysheep.co.uk. You have the right to cancel your order from the moment you place it until 15 days after receiving your goods. This is what we call the 'cooling-off period ', designed to ensure your satisfaction with our products. 

Should you decide to cancel your order during this period, please inform us by email or any other method before returning the goods. You have an additional 15 days from the date of notification to return the goods, which should be in the same condition as you received them. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the items.

As you know, we cannot accept returns for customised signs. If you receive damaged customised items, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery, and we will be happy to replace them.

Please send any returns in their original packaging and a copy of your invoice to The Safety Sheep Store, 7 Letchmire Road, Allerton Bywater, Castleford, WF10 2DB. We will issue a full refund within two days of receiving your returned items.

If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please notify us within two working days of receiving your order, and we will replace them with first-class delivery.
