Trade Accounts

To place an order online, simply select the "Pay by Pro-Forma Invoice (Local government, schools, NHS, charities)" option at the checkout. You automatically have up to 30 days to pay from receipt of the invoice.

Trade Accounts - New Customers

This is the purchase option for established UK businesses.

Local authorities (local councils), education (schools, colleges and universities) and registered charities are automatically granted 30 days credit terms, such this be your preferred method of payment (see above).

For established UK businesses, other than the above, we offer the option to checkout instantly using a purchase order and open a credit account with us. However, we always ask for your first order to be paid on a pre-paid basis by debit or credit card.

To place an order online, simply select the "Pay on Account (Pro-forma)" option at the checkout. 

When we receive your order, we'll email a pro-forma invoice for you to pay online, through online banking (BACS), or by telephone. Once payment has been received, we aim to dispatch your order within one working day.

We'll then process your Trade Account Application, once your first order has been dispatched, including running a company check. We'll confirm whether you've been accepted for a trade account with us for subsequent orders. Once your account is verified, you'll then qualify for up to £500 credit with us. You've up to 30 days to pay, unless otherwise instructed, from the date of the invoice.

You can also email, telephone or post your order to us.

We accept payments using Shopify Payments (Stripe), PayPal, online banking, or by credit/debit card over the phone.

Trade Accounts - Existing Trade Customers

To place an order online, simply select the "Pay on Account (Pro-forma)" option at the checkout.

We'll process and dispatch your order, subject to credit approval, within one working day. Once dispatched, we'll email the invoice to you. You have up to 30 days to pay, unless otherwise instructed.
