Site Safety Signs 25 Pack D
Keep safety information consistent across your construction site with our Site Safety Signs 25 Pack D.
This bulk pack contains 25 copies of the same Site Safety Sign, making it a practical choice for contractors who need to repeat an important safety message at multiple entrances, work zones or locations across a larger site.
Each sign measures 400 x 300 mm, providing a clear and highly visible way to communicate site safety information to employees, contractors and visitors.
What's Included?
25 × identical Site Safety Signs
Sign size: 400 x 300 mm each
Unlike a mixed construction sign pack, all 25 signs feature the same design and safety message.
This makes Pack D particularly useful where consistent signage needs to be displayed throughout a construction project or across several sites.
Why Choose a 25-Pack?
Large and changing construction sites often have more than one point where the same safety information needs to be communicated.
A bulk pack gives you enough matching signs for locations such as:
-
Main site entrances
-
Pedestrian access points
-
Contractor entrances
-
Site boundaries
-
Perimeter fencing
-
Hoardings
-
Separate work zones
-
Different floors or buildings
-
Temporary access points
You can also keep spare signs available to replace signage that becomes damaged, dirty or unsuitable as work progresses.
Ideal for Contractors & Multi-Site Businesses
Pack D isn't limited to a single construction project.
If your business operates several sites where the same safety message applies, the 25 signs can be distributed between different projects.
This makes the pack particularly useful for:
-
Building contractors
-
Main contractors
-
Housebuilders
-
Property developers
-
Civil engineering companies
-
Facilities teams
-
Industrial businesses
-
Multi-site organisations
Keeping matching signage in stock can also reduce the need to place a new order each time another sign is required.
Consistent Safety Communication
Consistency matters when the same instruction applies in several areas.
Using matching signs helps workers, contractors and visitors recognise the same safety message as they move around a site.
For example, if the instruction applies at several entrances or controlled areas, displaying the same design at each relevant access point provides a clear and consistent visual message.
Only display the sign where its particular instruction or safety information genuinely applies.
400 x 300 mm Signs
Each sign measures 400 x 300 mm, approximately 16 x 12 inches.
This practical site-sign size provides space for the safety message to be displayed clearly while remaining suitable for mounting on fencing, hoardings, walls and other appropriate surfaces.
When positioning your signs, consider:
-
Viewing distance
-
Mounting height
-
Lighting
-
Surrounding visual clutter
-
Direction of approach
-
Whether people approach on foot or in vehicles
The sign should be clearly visible from the point where somebody needs the information.
Choose Your Sign Material
Pack D is available in a choice of materials, allowing you to select an option appropriate to your site and intended length of use.
3mm Correx
A lightweight and cost-effective fluted polypropylene material particularly suited to temporary construction signage and shorter-term projects.
Correx is easy to handle, making it a practical option for temporary fencing and other suitable site locations.
3mm Foamex
A lightweight but more rigid foamed plastic board.
Foamex is a useful choice where you want a firmer construction sign for outdoor or longer-term display.
1mm Plastic
A lightweight, durable and waterproof rigid plastic option suitable for indoor and outdoor safety signage.
This can be a good choice where a thinner rigid sign is preferred.
3mm Recycled Plastic
A durable recycled plastic option for businesses looking for an alternative to conventional rigid sign materials.
Suitable for indoor and outdoor use, it provides a rigid surface for longer-term safety signage.
With or Without Fixing Holes
Pack D can be ordered:
Without fixing holes
or
With four corner holes
Choosing pre-drilled corner holes can make installation easier where signs will be attached using suitable screws, cable ties or other appropriate fixings.
Select the option that best suits your intended mounting method and surface.
Useful Replacement Sign Stock
Construction environments can be demanding.
Over the course of a project, signs may become:
-
Damaged
-
Dirty
-
Removed
-
Obscured
-
Relocated
-
No longer suitable for their original position
A 25-pack allows you to keep replacement signs available rather than waiting until an existing sign becomes unusable before ordering another.
This can be particularly useful for contractors managing long-term projects or several sites.
Position the Signs Where the Message Applies
Avoid installing all 25 signs simply because they're supplied in the pack.
Each sign should be positioned where its message is relevant and where people can see it before encountering the associated instruction, restriction or hazard.
Depending on the particular safety message, suitable locations could include site gates, work-area entrances, perimeter fencing, hoardings and other access points.
As the construction project changes, review the position and relevance of the signs.
Move, replace or remove signage where necessary so that it continues to reflect the actual site arrangements.
Safety Signage as Part of Site Safety
Safety signs provide important information and instructions, but signage is only one part of managing health and safety on a construction site.
Signs don't replace appropriate measures such as:
-
Site security
-
Physical barriers
-
PPE
-
Traffic management
-
Training
-
Supervision
-
Safe systems of work
-
Emergency arrangements
The signs displayed should reflect the hazards, activities and safety arrangements for the individual project.

UK Health & Safety Regulations
The Health and Safety at Work Act (HSWA) 1974 is a foundational law in the UK for workplace health and safety. It outlines the general duties of various parties to ensure a safe work environment. Here's a quick summary: Duty of Employers: Employers must provide a safe workplace, ensure the health, safety and welfare of their employees and anyone else on the premises (visitors, contractors etc.). This includes providing adequate training, information, and supervision. Employee Duties: Employees have a duty to take care of their own health and safety and that of others around them. This includes following safety procedures and using equipment properly. Other Duties: The Act also places duties on those responsible for premises, manufacturers of equipment used at work, and the self-employed. Safety signage is one way employers can fulfill their duty to inform and instruct employees. Signs can warn of hazards, provide instructions for safe use of equipment, and delineate emergency exits. While HSWA outlines general principles, specific regulations and Approved Codes of Practice (ACOPs) provide more detailed guidance on workplace health and safety practices. For up-to-date information, you can refer to the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) website https://www.gov.uk/health-and-safety-executive.

Sign Materials Guide
Choosing the right material for your safety signs is crucial for ensuring their effectiveness and durability. We proudly manufacture all our signs in Britain. Let us guide you in selecting the most suitable material for your signs.
Self-adhesive stickers
Self-adhesive stickers are ideal for indoor usage. We use superior-quality Metamark digital vinyl, which is a durable and flexible material with an adhesive backing. Prior to applying the sticker, ensure that the surface is flat, smooth, and clean. While the vinyl is waterproof, we do not recommend outdoor usage unless the surface is deemed appropriate. It is important to note that vinyl stickers do not stick to wood, rendered, wood chip, brick or stone walls, concrete, or similar surfaces. In such cases, we suggest considering alternative materials such as recycled plastic or composite aluminium. Please be aware that Self-adhesive stickers, such as Dulux Easycare Matt Emulsion paint, will not adhere to newly formulated washable, "wipe clean" painted surfaces. If you have any uncertainties or inquiries, feel free to ask us. Additionally, we advise against attempting to independently apply Self-adhesive stickers larger than A4 size, as it may be more challenging than anticipated.
Recyclable Plastic
Introducing Polyline Bubble Board, the latest innovation in the sign industry, made from 100% recyclable polypropylene. Manufactured in the EU by Pyramid, this eco-friendly material offers an impressive strength-to-weight ratio, with a smooth, flute-free surface—unlike Correx.
The Bubble Board features a fire-retardant (FR) black core, making it an ideal choice for projects that require enhanced safety measures. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, it is UV-treated for excellent weather resistance, and its scratch-resistant surface outperforms traditional Foamex. Fully recyclable through the No.5 waste stream, Bubble Board is a sustainable and reliable option for UK safety signage.
Rigid Plastic
Rigid Plastic Signs are commonly used for safety signs due to their durability and lightweight design. Our Plastic 1mm option is lightweight and durable, providing waterproof qualities. It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Fixing holes can be drilled in the plastic at no additional cost.
We take pride in being the inaugural online sign manufacturer in the UK to present our complete product line of health and safety signs and general signage in 50% recycled plastic. Our new 3mm waterproof recycled plastic, which is bright white in colour, is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use and is more eco-friendly compared to traditional rigid plastic. It possesses the same surface qualities as rigid and foamed plastic but incorporates a lighter recycled foam PVC centre. Furthermore, this material is 100% recyclable and offers an exceptional printing surface for various signage applications. You have the option to drill fixing holes or use foam adhesive pads on the back for mounting the signs.
Aluminium Composite
Our Metal Signs, constructed from Aluminium Composite (Dibond Signs), are specifically crafted for outdoor usage. The aluminium composite consists of a non-aluminium core bonded between two thin sheets, resulting in a sturdy and weather-resistant sign. We utilize 3mm thick composite aluminium, sourced from ALUPANEL in Britain. This material is produced from at least 80% recycled materials and is completely recyclable. It can be easily drilled to install holes, and we provide pre-drilled holes upon request at no extra cost. Dibond signs are well-known for their durability and long lifespan, making them a fantastic option for outdoor signage.
Foamex
Foamed Plastic Signs, or Foamex, are a popular choice for temporary construction site safety boards. This material is durable yet lightweight, weatherproof, and specifically designed for outdoor signage. Our foamex is 3mm thick and has a white matte finish.
Correx
Fluted Polypropylene, also known as Correx, is designed for temporary signage, especially in the construction industry. It offers a cost-effective and lightweight solution for short-term signage needs.
Banners
Here are the details about our banner options:
Standard and Premium Banner Materials
We offer a standard 440gsm PVC Banner, which is lightweight, weather-resistant, flame-resistant, and has a gloss finish. It is suitable for indoor and short-term outdoor use.
- Our Premium 510gsm Extra-Strong PVC Banner is designed for higher tear resistance and durability. It is weather-resistant, suitable for indoor and long-term outdoor use, and meets UK and European fire safety standards. It has a satin finish.
Mesh Banner Material
- The 260gsm MESH Banner is perfect for windy areas, as its perforated design allows wind and some light to pass through, preventing ripping.
All our banners are printed with high-quality, eco-friendly UV inks. They are hemmed and eyelet for easy fixing, and cable ties are provided at no extra charge.

Frequently Asked Questions About Construction Site Signs
What are the required safety signs for a UK construction site?
Under Health and Safety Executive (HSE) guidelines and the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM 2015), building sites must prominently display a mix of mandatory signs (e.g., "PPE Must Be Worn"), prohibition signs ("No Unauthorised Access"), hazard warnings ("Danger Construction Site"), and clear fire exit route markers. Our multi-message site safety boards combine all these necessary warnings onto a single layout.
Which sign material is best for temporary scaffolding and building sites?
For temporary construction environments, Fluted Polypropylene (Correx) and Foamed Plastic (Foamex) are highly recommended. Correx is incredibly lightweight, waterproof, and easily attached to scaffolding grids or fencing using cable ties. For longer-term development projects or hoarding displays, we suggest upgrading to rigid plastic or durable aluminium composite (dibond) panels.
Do you offer bulk trade pricing for large construction projects?
Yes, we specialise in supplying trade accounts and major contractors across the UK. The Safety Sheep Store offers bulk trade discounts of up to 35% on multi-packs and volume orders.
