Site Safety Signs 25 Pack E
Create clear, consistent safety communication across your site with our Site Safety Signs 25 Pack E.
This bulk pack contains 25 identical Site Safety Signs, each measuring 400 x 300 mm. It's designed for contractors, site managers and businesses that need the same safety message displayed consistently at several relevant locations.
Whether you're equipping a single construction project or distributing signs across multiple sites, Pack E provides a convenient supply of matching signage while leaving you with useful replacement stock for later in the project.
What's Included?
25 × matching Site Safety Signs
Size: 400 x 300 mm each
Every sign in Pack E features the same design and safety message.
This is not a mixed assortment of different construction signs. Choose this pack when one particular message needs to be repeated around your site or across several projects.
Consistent Signage Across Your Site
Construction projects can have numerous entrances, access points and work areas.
Where the same safety message applies in several locations, using matching signs helps provide consistent communication for workers, contractors and visitors.
Pack E can be particularly useful for:
-
Main site entrances
-
Pedestrian access points
-
Contractor entrances
-
Perimeter fencing
-
Hoardings
-
Separate work areas
-
Temporary access points
-
Different buildings or floors
-
Multiple construction projects
Only display the sign where its particular message is relevant.
Why Buy 25 Matching Signs?
Buying a bulk pack can make sense when the same sign is regularly required.
Rather than repeatedly ordering individual signs, a 25-pack gives you a ready supply that can be installed as the project develops.
It also allows you to keep spare signs available for:
-
New access points
-
Changing work areas
-
Additional phases of construction
-
Replacement of damaged signs
-
Future projects
-
Other sites operated by your business
For contractors using the same safety message regularly, this can make signage purchasing simpler.
Ideal for Construction Contractors
Pack E can be particularly useful for businesses that manage construction signage across several projects.
Instead of treating every site as a completely separate signage order, commonly used signs can be kept in stock and allocated wherever the message applies.
Suitable customers can include:
-
Builders
-
Main contractors
-
Housebuilders
-
Property developers
-
Civil engineering contractors
-
Refurbishment contractors
-
Facilities teams
-
Industrial businesses
-
Multi-site organisations
400 x 300 mm Site Signs
Every sign measures 400 x 300 mm, approximately 16 x 12 inches.
This practical format provides a clear display area while remaining manageable for use on fencing, hoardings, walls and other appropriate mounting surfaces.
When choosing a position, consider:
-
How far away the sign needs to be seen
-
Direction of approach
-
Mounting height
-
Lighting conditions
-
Surrounding equipment or materials
-
Other signs nearby
-
Whether workers approach on foot or in vehicles
The message should be clearly visible from the point where somebody needs the information.
Choose Your Material
Pack E is available in four material options, allowing you to select the construction that best suits the intended application.
3mm Correx
A lightweight fluted polypropylene board commonly used for temporary construction signage.
Correx is a cost-effective choice for shorter-term projects and locations where a lightweight sign is particularly useful.
3mm Foamex
A lightweight but more rigid foamed plastic board.
Foamex provides a firmer alternative to Correx and is a popular option for temporary construction site safety signage.
1mm Plastic
A thin, lightweight and durable rigid plastic option with waterproof qualities, suitable for indoor and outdoor safety signage.
3mm Recycled Plastic
A rigid recycled plastic option suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
This provides an alternative for businesses looking to incorporate recycled materials into their signage purchasing.
Optional Corner Fixing Holes
Choose Pack E:
Without fixing holes
or
With four corner holes
Pre-drilled corner holes can make installation easier where signs are being attached using suitable screws, cable ties or other appropriate fixings.
Select the fixing option according to the mounting surface and installation method.
Useful for Changing Construction Sites
Construction sites rarely remain static.
As a project progresses:
-
Entrances can move
-
Fencing can be repositioned
-
New work areas can open
-
Buildings can become accessible
-
Temporary routes can change
-
Different contractors can arrive
-
Site arrangements can be revised
Having matching spare signs available allows the same safety message to be introduced at new locations when required.
This makes a 25-pack useful not only at initial site set-up but throughout the life of a project.
Replace Damaged or Missing Signs Quickly
Site signage can become dirty, damaged or lost.
A sign might also become difficult to read after being exposed to a demanding construction environment.
Keeping spare signs on site or at your premises means damaged signage can be replaced without waiting until another individual sign has been ordered.
Check safety signs regularly and replace them when they are no longer clear or suitable for their location.
Don't Display Signs Where They Don't Apply
Buying 25 signs doesn't mean all 25 should automatically be installed.
Safety signage works best when the message is relevant to the location.
Position each Pack E sign where people need to see and understand its particular instruction, warning or safety information.
Avoid unnecessary signage that could compete with more important safety messages.
Use Signage as Part of Your Wider Site Arrangements
Safety signs communicate important information, but they don't replace the measures needed to manage workplace risks.
Depending on the project, wider controls may include:
-
Physical barriers
-
Site security
-
PPE
-
Traffic management
-
Training and instruction
-
Supervision
-
Safe systems of work
-
Emergency arrangements
Select and position signs according to the actual hazards, activities and safety arrangements on the site.

UK Health & Safety Regulations
The Health and Safety at Work Act (HSWA) 1974 is a foundational law in the UK for workplace health and safety. It outlines the general duties of various parties to ensure a safe work environment. Here's a quick summary: Duty of Employers: Employers must provide a safe workplace, ensure the health, safety and welfare of their employees and anyone else on the premises (visitors, contractors etc.). This includes providing adequate training, information, and supervision. Employee Duties: Employees have a duty to take care of their own health and safety and that of others around them. This includes following safety procedures and using equipment properly. Other Duties: The Act also places duties on those responsible for premises, manufacturers of equipment used at work, and the self-employed. Safety signage is one way employers can fulfill their duty to inform and instruct employees. Signs can warn of hazards, provide instructions for safe use of equipment, and delineate emergency exits. While HSWA outlines general principles, specific regulations and Approved Codes of Practice (ACOPs) provide more detailed guidance on workplace health and safety practices. For up-to-date information, you can refer to the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) website https://www.gov.uk/health-and-safety-executive.

Sign Materials Guide
Choosing the right material for your safety signs is crucial for ensuring their effectiveness and durability. We proudly manufacture all our signs in Britain. Let us guide you in selecting the most suitable material for your signs.
Self-adhesive stickers
Self-adhesive stickers are ideal for indoor usage. We use superior-quality Metamark digital vinyl, which is a durable and flexible material with an adhesive backing. Prior to applying the sticker, ensure that the surface is flat, smooth, and clean. While the vinyl is waterproof, we do not recommend outdoor usage unless the surface is deemed appropriate. It is important to note that vinyl stickers do not stick to wood, rendered, wood chip, brick or stone walls, concrete, or similar surfaces. In such cases, we suggest considering alternative materials such as recycled plastic or composite aluminium. Please be aware that Self-adhesive stickers, such as Dulux Easycare Matt Emulsion paint, will not adhere to newly formulated washable, "wipe clean" painted surfaces. If you have any uncertainties or inquiries, feel free to ask us. Additionally, we advise against attempting to independently apply Self-adhesive stickers larger than A4 size, as it may be more challenging than anticipated.
Recyclable Plastic
Introducing Polyline Bubble Board, the latest innovation in the sign industry, made from 100% recyclable polypropylene. Manufactured in the EU by Pyramid, this eco-friendly material offers an impressive strength-to-weight ratio, with a smooth, flute-free surface—unlike Correx.
The Bubble Board features a fire-retardant (FR) black core, making it an ideal choice for projects that require enhanced safety measures. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, it is UV-treated for excellent weather resistance, and its scratch-resistant surface outperforms traditional Foamex. Fully recyclable through the No.5 waste stream, Bubble Board is a sustainable and reliable option for UK safety signage.
Rigid Plastic
Rigid Plastic Signs are commonly used for safety signs due to their durability and lightweight design. Our Plastic 1mm option is lightweight and durable, providing waterproof qualities. It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Fixing holes can be drilled in the plastic at no additional cost.
We take pride in being the inaugural online sign manufacturer in the UK to present our complete product line of health and safety signs and general signage in 50% recycled plastic. Our new 3mm waterproof recycled plastic, which is bright white in colour, is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use and is more eco-friendly compared to traditional rigid plastic. It possesses the same surface qualities as rigid and foamed plastic but incorporates a lighter recycled foam PVC centre. Furthermore, this material is 100% recyclable and offers an exceptional printing surface for various signage applications. You have the option to drill fixing holes or use foam adhesive pads on the back for mounting the signs.
Aluminium Composite
Our Metal Signs, constructed from Aluminium Composite (Dibond Signs), are specifically crafted for outdoor usage. The aluminium composite consists of a non-aluminium core bonded between two thin sheets, resulting in a sturdy and weather-resistant sign. We utilize 3mm thick composite aluminium, sourced from ALUPANEL in Britain. This material is produced from at least 80% recycled materials and is completely recyclable. It can be easily drilled to install holes, and we provide pre-drilled holes upon request at no extra cost. Dibond signs are well-known for their durability and long lifespan, making them a fantastic option for outdoor signage.
Foamex
Foamed Plastic Signs, or Foamex, are a popular choice for temporary construction site safety boards. This material is durable yet lightweight, weatherproof, and specifically designed for outdoor signage. Our foamex is 3mm thick and has a white matte finish.
Correx
Fluted Polypropylene, also known as Correx, is designed for temporary signage, especially in the construction industry. It offers a cost-effective and lightweight solution for short-term signage needs.
Banners
Here are the details about our banner options:
Standard and Premium Banner Materials
We offer a standard 440gsm PVC Banner, which is lightweight, weather-resistant, flame-resistant, and has a gloss finish. It is suitable for indoor and short-term outdoor use.
- Our Premium 510gsm Extra-Strong PVC Banner is designed for higher tear resistance and durability. It is weather-resistant, suitable for indoor and long-term outdoor use, and meets UK and European fire safety standards. It has a satin finish.
Mesh Banner Material
- The 260gsm MESH Banner is perfect for windy areas, as its perforated design allows wind and some light to pass through, preventing ripping.
All our banners are printed with high-quality, eco-friendly UV inks. They are hemmed and eyelet for easy fixing, and cable ties are provided at no extra charge.

Frequently Asked Questions About Construction Site Signs
What are the required safety signs for a UK construction site?
Under Health and Safety Executive (HSE) guidelines and the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM 2015), building sites must prominently display a mix of mandatory signs (e.g., "PPE Must Be Worn"), prohibition signs ("No Unauthorised Access"), hazard warnings ("Danger Construction Site"), and clear fire exit route markers. Our multi-message site safety boards combine all these necessary warnings onto a single layout.
Which sign material is best for temporary scaffolding and building sites?
For temporary construction environments, Fluted Polypropylene (Correx) and Foamed Plastic (Foamex) are highly recommended. Correx is incredibly lightweight, waterproof, and easily attached to scaffolding grids or fencing using cable ties. For longer-term development projects or hoarding displays, we suggest upgrading to rigid plastic or durable aluminium composite (dibond) panels.
Do you offer bulk trade pricing for large construction projects?
Yes, we specialise in supplying trade accounts and major contractors across the UK. The Safety Sheep Store offers bulk trade discounts of up to 35% on multi-packs and volume orders. All our building site signs are proudly manufactured in our Yorkshire facility, allowing us to pass direct factory savings straight to your project budget.
