Site Safety Sign 25 Pack
Need the same site safety message in multiple locations? This bulk pack contains 25 identical 400 x 300 mm Site Safety Signs, making it a practical and cost-effective choice for construction companies, contractors and organisations that need consistent safety signage across a site or several projects.
Rather than purchasing individual signs separately, the 25-pack gives you a ready supply of matching signs for entrances, perimeter areas, fencing and other appropriate locations. It is also ideal for contractors who want spare signs available to replace damaged, dirty or missing signage as work progresses.
25 Matching Site Safety Signs
Every sign in this pack features the same design and safety message.
You receive:
25 x Site Safety Signs
Size: 400 x 300 mm each
This makes the pack particularly useful where the same safety information needs to be repeated at several access points or locations.
Ideal for Larger & Multi-Site Projects
A 25-pack can be a particularly useful choice for:
-
Construction and building sites
-
Multiple site entrances
-
Perimeter fencing and hoardings
-
Larger developments
-
Contractors operating several projects
-
Housebuilding developments
-
Refurbishment projects
-
Industrial sites
-
Keeping replacement signs in stock
Using matching signs can help provide consistent safety communication wherever the same message applies.
Why Buy Site Safety Signs in a 25 Pack?
Construction sites are constantly changing.
Signs can be moved, damaged, obscured or become unsuitable as the project develops. Larger sites may also have several entrances, boundaries and work areas where the same safety message needs to be communicated.
Buying 25 matching signs gives you the flexibility to position the message at each relevant location while keeping additional signs available for replacements or future projects.
For contractors operating multiple sites, the pack can also help standardise commonly used signage across different projects.
400 x 300 mm Site Safety Signs
Each sign measures 400 x 300 mm (approximately 16 x 12 inches), providing a clear, practical format for construction and workplace safety signage.
When deciding where to position your signs, consider the intended viewing distance, approach direction, lighting and surrounding visual clutter.
Signs should be clearly visible and positioned where people need the information they communicate.
Choice of Sign Materials
Choose the material that best suits how and where your signs will be used.
1mm Plastic
A lightweight, durable and waterproof rigid plastic option suitable for indoor and outdoor safety signage.
3mm Correx
A lightweight fluted polypropylene material particularly suited to temporary construction signage. Its low weight makes it a practical option for temporary site applications.
3mm Foamex
A lightweight but more rigid foamed PVC board with a smooth white finish. A popular option for temporary construction site signage and other applications where a more substantial board is preferred.
3mm Recycled Plastic
A waterproof rigid sign material suitable for indoor and outdoor applications, providing an alternative where recycled content is preferred.
Where Can I Display the 25 Signs?
The appropriate locations depend on the message displayed on the sign and your site's arrangements.
Where the same instruction or warning applies, signs could potentially be positioned at:
-
Different site entrances
-
Pedestrian access points
-
Perimeter fencing
-
Hoardings
-
Separate work areas
-
Contractor access points
-
Different buildings within a development
Don't install signs simply because they're included in the pack. Each sign should be positioned where its particular message is relevant and can be clearly seen.
Useful Replacement Stock
You don't necessarily have to install all 25 signs at once.
Keeping spare signs available can be useful on active construction sites where signage may become:
-
Damaged
-
Dirty
-
Lost
-
Removed
-
Obscured
-
No longer suitably positioned
Replacement signs can then be installed as necessary without waiting for another order.
This can be particularly useful for construction companies running several projects at the same time.
Consistent Signage Across Multiple Sites
For contractors, housebuilders and facilities teams managing multiple locations, buying identical signs in bulk can help maintain consistent safety communication.
Signs can be allocated between projects according to need, while remaining stock can be kept ready for future work.
Made in Britain
Safety Sheep safety signs are Made in Britain, and this 25-pack is available in a choice of materials to suit different construction and workplace environments.
Choose the material required, select optional fixing holes where appropriate and receive 25 matching 400 x 300 mm signs ready for use across your site or projects.
Important Safety Information
Safety signage should reflect the actual hazards, instructions and safety arrangements at the location where it is displayed.
Safety signs support wider risk-control measures but do not replace appropriate site security, barriers, PPE, training, supervision, traffic management or other controls required for the work being undertaken.

UK Health & Safety Regulations
The Health and Safety at Work Act (HSWA) 1974 is a foundational law in the UK for workplace health and safety. It outlines the general duties of various parties to ensure a safe work environment. Here's a quick summary: Duty of Employers: Employers must provide a safe workplace, ensure the health, safety and welfare of their employees and anyone else on the premises (visitors, contractors etc.). This includes providing adequate training, information, and supervision. Employee Duties: Employees have a duty to take care of their own health and safety and that of others around them. This includes following safety procedures and using equipment properly. Other Duties: The Act also places duties on those responsible for premises, manufacturers of equipment used at work, and the self-employed. Safety signage is one way employers can fulfill their duty to inform and instruct employees. Signs can warn of hazards, provide instructions for safe use of equipment, and delineate emergency exits. While HSWA outlines general principles, specific regulations and Approved Codes of Practice (ACOPs) provide more detailed guidance on workplace health and safety practices. For up-to-date information, you can refer to the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) website https://www.gov.uk/health-and-safety-executive.

Sign Materials Guide
Choosing the right material for your safety signs is crucial for ensuring their effectiveness and durability. We proudly manufacture all our signs in Britain. Let us guide you in selecting the most suitable material for your signs.
Self-adhesive stickers
Self-adhesive stickers are ideal for indoor usage. We use superior-quality Metamark digital vinyl, which is a durable and flexible material with an adhesive backing. Prior to applying the sticker, ensure that the surface is flat, smooth, and clean. While the vinyl is waterproof, we do not recommend outdoor usage unless the surface is deemed appropriate. It is important to note that vinyl stickers do not stick to wood, rendered, wood chip, brick or stone walls, concrete, or similar surfaces. In such cases, we suggest considering alternative materials such as recycled plastic or composite aluminium. Please be aware that Self-adhesive stickers, such as Dulux Easycare Matt Emulsion paint, will not adhere to newly formulated washable, "wipe clean" painted surfaces. If you have any uncertainties or inquiries, feel free to ask us. Additionally, we advise against attempting to independently apply Self-adhesive stickers larger than A4 size, as it may be more challenging than anticipated.
Recyclable Plastic
Introducing Polyline Bubble Board, the latest innovation in the sign industry, made from 100% recyclable polypropylene. Manufactured in the EU by Pyramid, this eco-friendly material offers an impressive strength-to-weight ratio, with a smooth, flute-free surface—unlike Correx.
The Bubble Board features a fire-retardant (FR) black core, making it an ideal choice for projects that require enhanced safety measures. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, it is UV-treated for excellent weather resistance, and its scratch-resistant surface outperforms traditional Foamex. Fully recyclable through the No.5 waste stream, Bubble Board is a sustainable and reliable option for UK safety signage.
Rigid Plastic
Rigid Plastic Signs are commonly used for safety signs due to their durability and lightweight design. Our Plastic 1mm option is lightweight and durable, providing waterproof qualities. It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Fixing holes can be drilled in the plastic at no additional cost.
We take pride in being the inaugural online sign manufacturer in the UK to present our complete product line of health and safety signs and general signage in 50% recycled plastic. Our new 3mm waterproof recycled plastic, which is bright white in colour, is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use and is more eco-friendly compared to traditional rigid plastic. It possesses the same surface qualities as rigid and foamed plastic but incorporates a lighter recycled foam PVC centre. Furthermore, this material is 100% recyclable and offers an exceptional printing surface for various signage applications. You have the option to drill fixing holes or use foam adhesive pads on the back for mounting the signs.
Aluminium Composite
Our Metal Signs, constructed from Aluminium Composite (Dibond Signs), are specifically crafted for outdoor usage. The aluminium composite consists of a non-aluminium core bonded between two thin sheets, resulting in a sturdy and weather-resistant sign. We utilize 3mm thick composite aluminium, sourced from ALUPANEL in Britain. This material is produced from at least 80% recycled materials and is completely recyclable. It can be easily drilled to install holes, and we provide pre-drilled holes upon request at no extra cost. Dibond signs are well-known for their durability and long lifespan, making them a fantastic option for outdoor signage.
Foamex
Foamed Plastic Signs, or Foamex, are a popular choice for temporary construction site safety boards. This material is durable yet lightweight, weatherproof, and specifically designed for outdoor signage. Our foamex is 3mm thick and has a white matte finish.
Correx
Fluted Polypropylene, also known as Correx, is designed for temporary signage, especially in the construction industry. It offers a cost-effective and lightweight solution for short-term signage needs.
Banners
Here are the details about our banner options:
Standard and Premium Banner Materials
We offer a standard 440gsm PVC Banner, which is lightweight, weather-resistant, flame-resistant, and has a gloss finish. It is suitable for indoor and short-term outdoor use.
- Our Premium 510gsm Extra-Strong PVC Banner is designed for higher tear resistance and durability. It is weather-resistant, suitable for indoor and long-term outdoor use, and meets UK and European fire safety standards. It has a satin finish.
Mesh Banner Material
- The 260gsm MESH Banner is perfect for windy areas, as its perforated design allows wind and some light to pass through, preventing ripping.
All our banners are printed with high-quality, eco-friendly UV inks. They are hemmed and eyelet for easy fixing, and cable ties are provided at no extra charge.

Frequently Asked Questions About Construction Site Signs
What are the required safety signs for a UK construction site?
Under Health and Safety Executive (HSE) guidelines and the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM 2015), building sites must prominently display a mix of mandatory signs (e.g., "PPE Must Be Worn"), prohibition signs ("No Unauthorised Access"), hazard warnings ("Danger Construction Site"), and clear fire exit route markers. Our multi-message site safety boards combine all these necessary warnings onto a single layout.
Which sign material is best for temporary scaffolding and building sites?
For temporary construction environments, Fluted Polypropylene (Correx) and Foamed Plastic (Foamex) are highly recommended. Correx is incredibly lightweight, waterproof, and easily attached to scaffolding grids or fencing using cable ties. For longer-term development projects or hoarding displays, we suggest upgrading to rigid plastic or durable aluminium composite (dibond) panels.
Do you offer bulk trade pricing for large construction projects?
Yes, we specialise in supplying trade accounts and major contractors across the UK. The Safety Sheep Store offers bulk trade discounts of up to 35% on multi-packs and volume orders. All our building site signs are proudly manufactured in our Yorkshire facility, allowing us to pass direct factory savings straight to your project budget.
